Foreign investors are allegedly responsible for the halt in construction because of their uneasy outlook of our current financial situation. What the fuck ? We have done nothing wrong yet we suffer every day now.
   Las Vegas used to be the type of place where an enterprising individual could come, hustle loads of quick cash, and get out to have a real life somewhere else.
